How much time and energy does it take to share a few personalized kind words?
To share a smile?
To share a hug?
Not too much.

Let's make a point to share positive vibes with the humans in our world.
Because the world needs a big collective feeling of appreciation.
We can spread some kindness, some affection, some appreciation, some smiles, some sweet eye contact, some slow hugs over the next seven days.

  • Friday: a colleague
  • Saturday: someone you love who you see all the time
  • Sunday: someone who may be lonely
  • Monday: a stranger
  • Tuesday: a friend
  • Wednesday: someone you love who you haven't seen in a long time
  • Thursday: an acquaintance

We can do this. Let's open our hearts and spread some good vibes one person per day for the next week.
