Money Gratitude

Healing your relationship with money.

I Love Money. I’m Grateful for Money.

Throughout my life I have learned and practiced a lot of money negativity. I’ve had to rewrite some tired old stories about capitalism being the root of all evil, the rich not being able to get into heaven, earning and saving money being equated with greed, spending money being irresponsible and even saying it is impossible to be rich in money and in spirit.

For many years I have been rewriting these stories so I can appreciate money without being attached to it. Love money without being thirsty for it. Spend money on things that I value. And receive money with a grateful heart. Practicing gratitude for both receiving and giving are important parts of the practice. And when I say giving I am talking about everything I use money for including bills, products, services, etc.

I love this illustration by Hallie Bateman about money positivity.

What would your affirmations for money positivity say? Practice these affirmations as you reflect on all of the money you receive and give this month.

quote

I hold money with honor and respect, I welcome it and yet I do not grasp it tightly. It comes and it moves through us all. It’s meant to be passed around generously. Everything I do is for love and creation and alignment with my purpose here and as I do more of that, all else will continue to flow.
