Go at your own pace. We are in this together. Make sure to visit the group for support, sharing and celebrating.

When it comes to meditating, don’t worry about doing it wrong. You will benefit even if you just sit down for 30 minutes with the intention of meditating. So read, learn, but most importantly do it, meditate.

My Gratitude Experience Last Week

zoomLast week the theme of my health came up a lot. I was feeling healthy but many of my loved ones were not. Seeing their health struggles put me in a state of appreciation for all that is right with my body. I am blessed in body, mind and spirit and I hope to keep that awareness. I could without a doubt include one thing I am grateful for about my health every single day of my life. I just might do that.

Forgotten Gratitude

extraLast week I was also grateful for staying healthy while people all around me fell sick … Connectedness of family, connected to my past, my future, my land, my people … So much coffee.
