Fall Gratitude Walk

A walk outdoors to deliberately take in moments of beauty.

Gratitude Found

Take a walk with me as we explore nature and the outdoors. We find gratitude in unexpected places. And remind ourselves to be grateful for things that are easy to take for granted. We explore the concept of unattachment, noticing, appreciating and letting go. Enjoy!

quoteI emerged from the woods in the early morning at the end of a walk and as I stepped from under the trees into the mild, pouring-down sunlight I experienced a sudden impact, a seizure of happiness. It was not the drowning sort of happiness, rather the floating sort. I made no struggle toward it; it was given.
